"First and foremost, I cannot recommend Josh & Ryan at The Kincaid House enough. When my husband and I began our venue search, we booked several places to tour in one week, and The Kincaid House was the first on the list. We were blown away by the stunning house, grounds, and general aesthetic of the house. The vintage, simple, but classic touches in the house and the stunning stone tower and walls/walkways stole our hearts right away. It was clear off the bat that Josh and Ryan were talented at their jobs, had excellent taste, and were very pleasant to work with. We both agreed that we loved that venue, but the guys and the good feeling we got when meeting them really sold it for us. We cancelled the rest of our tours and booked the Kincaid House with the package including the Day of Coordinator Service (which I highly recommend as they were lifesavers). Our wedding was yesterday and I can say without a doubt we made the right decision. Josh and Ryan were wonderful - so accommodating, calming, kind, and professional all day, to us, our family, friends, bridal party, and guests. Our family members and bridal party also raved about them, and so many guests remarked about how intimate, warm, and 'family oriented' the whole event and staff/vendor interactions felt, while of course still being professional. Our wedding was an absolute dream and we could not have imagined it anywhere but the Kincaid House, they exceeded all of our expectations and we are grateful to know them and have gone through this experience with them!"
