Reviews
"Park was very pretty. Big spaces for RV's. Staff was awesome helping us get our 44' rig in spot. Paved roads for bicycling. I would have given 5 stars, but bathrooms were old and not clean. Shower water did not drain properly, and whole bathroom floor was flooded."
"Great weekend here. Bird wildlife watching the Purple Martians, ducks, geese, Blue Harons and Bald Eagles and more. The stars on a dark night are beautiful. Seen meteors and the Milkyway."
"Great park off of I-75. Takes a little twist-turny to get back to. There are walking paths, paddle boats, frisbee golf, and fishing. Camp sights are close and open. Not much seclusion. To use the bath house you need a pass-combo. It's a small park, just 47 spots, but all spots are concrete slab. Full hook ups. Lady at office was very friendly and helpful. All sights are easy back-ins. We camped in a 30ft trailer. It's about 500 miles south of Chicago. A good stopping point. Reservations not necessary but would be helpful. Surrounded by mountains. Beautiful place"
"Super clean park. Lots of space for campers/tents. Paddle boats, Frisbee park, etc. PEACEFUL."
"Beautiful quiet state park and campground. Full hook up with senior discount $35. Small , well maintained and super friendly staff. Would definitely stay again"
