"I was using my '17 Nissan Titan to tow my 24' car hauler, with a car in it, from Florida to Michigan when the transmission failed 25 miles N of Knoxville in Caryville TN. Nathan came out quickly, winched my truck onto his flatbed, hooked my trailer to the tow truck's ball and towed my whole rig to Rusty Wallace Nissan in 1 trip. Nathan was GREAT: Made quick work of it, helpful and friendly. I reeeeeally appreciated him making the best of a bad situation for me. Above and beyond, for sure.
