"Absolutely outstanding service!! I have a 2004 Quantum GL that we've pulled all over the US and Canada. After 20 years, it needed some well deserved maintenance and updates. The biggest issue was the A-arm bushings were badly worn and needed replacement. This was more that I wanted to tackle so we decided to take a trip to Jacksboro TN and let the pros take care of it. Well, we are sure glad we did!! First, Todd coordinated with us as we were coming from Florida. While there, we decided to also get new tires and bearings. He also showed us a lock upgrade that is far superior to ours, so we got that. He also showed us a new LED interior lighting that just blew our mind, so we got that, too!! One issue we didn't even know about was we apparently had damage to the fiberglass body underneath and they repaired that like it never even happened. We met Jimmy, the fabrication, repair and maintenance guru. He went over everything with us; he was quite personable, professional and exuded competence!! This guy knows what he is doing!! While the entire Bushtec trailer operation has certainly changed since we first purchased this trailer in 2004, we were quite pleased and impressed with what is here. Great job Todd and Jimmy!!"

"This is my second Bushtec trailer and I'm blown away by the performance. Just a joy to pull and the added comfort that comes along with having ALL of my gear is phenomenal. Not sure if they're still even in business or not. If they are, get one while you can. If not, look online and find a great used one. Regardless of the price, they are worth every dollar!"

"I placed an order recently which was received in just a few days. One large mistake in the order however, I was billed for correct part SKU: 99702000 (Bike Side 4’ Harness w/black and white plug for $44.99) but received SKU: 99701000 (Bide Side 6” Pigtail for $19.99). Can't seem to get anyone to return my call or respond to an email. Tried to call and leave a message today but the mailbox is full. I have heard great things about the support and the motorcycle trailers. Those stellar comments steered me toward purchasing a used Turbo+2 that I can't wait to start pulling behind my Goldwing! I really hope we can get this corrected soon. Update Sept 12, 2023: I reached out to another number listed under the contact section and was able to get everything corrected! They drop shipped the correct part and I received it within the week! They explained that there had been some changes within the group because of a recent retirement which likely caused the mix up. I asked if they wanted me to send the pigtail back and he said to keep it for the frustration. Although it took some time due to a separate issue with the sub-harness which was corrected by reaching out to Electrical Connection directly, I am very happy with the outcome and the immediate help once I got someone on the phone! The Pigtail keep also helped with the troubleshooting. The trailer is awesome, and we are looking forward to our trip this week. When or if it ever comes time to upgrade, I will be reaching out again!"

"It's a shame the guy that answers the calls doesn't get back to you. If you do get him on the phone make sure you get everything you need at that time because who knows when you'll get an answer again. I need to add he is nice and respectful and knows his stuff but lacks heavily in the communication department. Great trailers, only ones I'll pull behind my bike. They have one that is color matched to my bike, or maybe it is. Never got any communication back and I was ready for an upgrade, called, guy answered, said he was busy and he'd call me back in an hour, and crickets. Two emails from me later and no response. It's 8:28pm now. Oh well. Lost sale. I'm sure your losing sales left and right because of communication issues. Hope you get that resolved. Anyway, I'll just restore the one I have but know you could have sold one today."
