"Horrible service! After 10 minutes of waiting to put our order in we were told it would be a few more minutes. Others walked out after us."

"i am so tried of my order never being right when i order the cantina chicken bowl with extra chicken, even paid extra for the extra chicken and didnt get it, tonight i went thru the drive-thru and ordered one and when i got home from work and ordering food and was sitting down to eat. the cantina bowl had maybe 2 pieces of chicken and no purple vegetable on it and no green sauce packet. and when i called the store and complained about it the manager wanted me to drive all the way back into town and bring the bowl with me, after working allday and had a 45 minute drive home i wasnt going to drive all the way back into town. if this is the way the employees are going to make the food i can imagine how many other customers that havent complained about the way thier food was."

"Numerous times have i waited at the register for my mobile pickup order. 5-15 minutes every time. and multiple times has a worker gave someone their food and not even asked what i needed. terrible service in my opinion."

"Polite staff and food were good as usual. Service was 5 star and atmosphere looked good but didn’t get enough time to step in and dine in. So basically leaving the atmosphere as 4 stars."

"Tired of getting the wrong order. Had to go on 2 seperate occasions to get my order fixed which is completely out of the way. I’ll just say tonight is the last night I’m returning to get my order fixed, handed me cold food out the window. Wrong bag already had to go back and fix it. The Lafollette location needs to step up their game ."
