"I have been going to this practice for many years and I have found each person to be very friendly and very professional. Dr. Liz is great; explains every detail very clearly and is kind enough to endure my long stories. I have seen the front desk folks handle some very difficult situations with professionalism and grace; none of us are immune to the wear and tear to the soul inflicted by rude people. The front desk people have always been kind and professional to me and I commend them for their care and will keep going to Dr. Liz as long as I am in this area."

"I came in a couples months ago to get Imformation for one of my clients,so he can take it to the VA.He called prior to me going to get the okay. The Receptionist was Very Rude and Told me they didn’t have anything.Finally after calling my client and getting someone else,we got it in a matter of Seconds.The Rude Receptionist didn’t even attempt to ask someone to help and the whole time giving me dirty looks. I was not Impressed at all"

"On hold for 15 minutes and never heard a persons voice. Hung up and called back 30 minutes later and someone picked up the phone and immediately hung it up. I called right back and someone picked up the phone but wouldn’t say anything. Called again and recording said, “If this is an emergency please hang up and call 911.”"

"I'm new to the community so I went here both of the receptionist weren't friendly at all. The Dr's assistant was extremely friendly and so was the Dr. They put me with Amy for my glasses I had my insurance and my husband's and told her I didn't want to pay much out of pocket she took me to the most expensive glasses. There was another gentleman there working with another woman and he was extremely nice and helpful to his customer telling her these were in her insurance area.I got my prescription and left Amy was just trying to make a good commission off of me. I won't be back!"

"I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and experienced drastic vision changes, my vision is still changing, and has been for the past 4 months. Since then Dr. Andy has done everything he could to help me, has seen me so far 4 times since then, and has talked me through my vision problems very thoughtfully. Excellent bedside manners. The vision center has overall been good, I will say that I highly recommend Dilan, he is probably the friendliest person I have spoken to when it comes to glasses; he would answer all of my questions, talk to me about some of the issues I was experiencing and even helped me with some glasses I purchased elsewhere.
