"This building is a damn joke i have called and called over 100×, left voice-mails, and even called the hotline for snap! No one picks up the phones at all! Never recieved a call from my worker! They fail in their job to help people! I have even been up since the crack of dawn until they supposedly close on the damn phone waiting for someone to answer! This is ridiculous!"
"Literally jave tried for weeks and was out on gold for 4-5hrs and still no one answered the dang phone and even when i tried the number for food stamps appointment change they still never freaking answered! This is ridiculous! For people that r supposedly open until 430 they make sure they close before they answer ur call if ur lucky they even answer it to begin with. I have left voice mails and have tried calling back to back and still nothing from their end"
"I have tried for a week straight to contact this office, only to have my various messages ignored. If you actually need help this place is a joke and doesn't take the community seriously. I am disappointed that this is how they treat families. Not everything can be resolved with an automated call system."
