"Awful. Bought a couch that completely snapped in half at the base just after a year. When I called about it (considering I still owed money on a couch I could do longer use), they were completely unhelpful. Had to pay the rest of the money owed after I had to literally throw the couch out. Not only that, they threatened to sue over a one hundred dollar balance, on a couch I haven’t had in a year, which is comical. Would not recommend."
