"I have used Timesaver for 20 years for all of my dry cleaning and laundry. Steve is the owner. I deal only with him! He is there at 3:00 in after noon usually everyday. I deal only with him. Anything that has not been perfect I take back to him and it is redone to my satisfaction! Never any major issues. Never been given a ticket - just my name. They have always done all of my linen blouses, slacks, dresses, jeans. Regular clothing dry cleaning, comforters, blankets, etc. Go in and talk with Steve after 3. He is very reasonable"

"I recently took lab coats to them and when I picked them up they had blue spots all over them. I took them back and they advised me it that they did not get this on the coats. I advised they were not like this when I dropped them off. They did attempt to clean them again however did not get the stains out and when I picked them up they advised me they didn't want them back. I didn't plan on going back after this unless they did get the statins out however that's just poor customer service. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else."

"How can they have 3 stars?? I'm yet another person who didn't read reviews first, dropped off my item (a king size comforter), thought it was odd that they didn't give me a ticket, and a few days later paid $40ish, only to have it given back to me neatly hung on a hanger. That's it. Same exact comforter in the same exact state I'd given it to them but on a hanger. How do I know? A pet had peed on it, and the soiled spots were unchanged and the smell was unchanged. They literally did nothing but take money and hand me the same item neatly displayed on a hanger. So use them if you want to pay big bucks for a hanger! Otherwise you are wasting your money and have no ticket, no proof that you used them or ever paid anything!"

"We have been using them for almost a year. It a small family owned operation and while the owner is a friendly man, the young man he leaves in charge as the manager has absolutely no idea what customer service is. We picked up my husbands suits a few weeks back and when we took the shirts out from the plastic, it looked like they had been dropped on the floor and had hair and debris all over them. We decided to give them one more try and this last time they left out the 2 shirts all together. Unfortunately my husband had to leave on business the next morning and so he had to buy a new shirt on the road. When I went in today to talk to them about our most recent experiences, I spoke with the “manager”. He barely looked at me and basically told me it was impossible that the shirts weren’t clean when we picked them up. When I then asked why the most recent order was missing the shirts, he said they must have not been ready (everything was dropped off at the same time and they had more than a week to get everything done). He showed no empathy and just told me what I owed for the 2 shirts. The worst part about this place is that they don’t give you ANY type of receipt for what you drop off so you have no proof of what they even took from you. I begrudgingly paid and told him they lost our business based solely on his attitude towards the customer."
