"When my wife and I started our initial planning and looking for a home in Tellico Village, Tennessee from a suburb of near Tampa, Florida; Deb Santos of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Lakeside Realty was recommended to us. Recreation areas. etc.) We went from home to home and back to a few homes before finally deciding on our wonderful Tellico Village home. Deb Santos walked us through the entire purchase process and advocated for us with the builder as you would hope and expect a realtor to do. Since we were from Florida, we had a difficult time getting to all the different things required for home buyers to do, so Deb Santos even helped with that, assisting and being present for various things (i.e. Title Company questions, Home Inspection items, Closing questions, etc.) we couldn’t make or assisting us to attend them so we could be there when it really counted. Throughout the end-to-end purchase process, Deb Santos was there for us! After we moved in, Deb Santos helped with a few other things (i.e. minor issues we found living in the house for the first month) and made sure we were happy with the home. We highly recommend Deb Santos if you are looking for a wonderful agent! You will not be disappointed."

"We met with Barry Corle because we are interested in the area. He was very easy to set up an appointment with and was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. He is very knowledgeable about the area and had a packet already made up for us to take home and look through after we were done. After we talked a few minutes in the office we jumped in his Tahoe and he drove us around almost 2 hours showing us the whole area. He answered every question I could think of and more.
