"Nice descriptions of the secret Manhattan project efforts that put Oak Ridge on the map."
"Informative and interesting to see the level of commitment from the residents. Truly beautiful array of Crepe Myrtle trees. It would be prudent to have an additional Poop Bag dispenser near the area now that there are more dog walkers from the recently built condos. Trimming the trees and shrubs higher off the ground would be welcome so that no one can be hiding within them- yes, that has happened to us. Poop Bag dispenser is now available!"
"Great stop, great history. Now I just need a magnet."
"A bit small but a great piece of history. Part of a larger park with the library, the rec center, walking trails, playground, and a beautiful Japanese bell."
"Very cool park and set of monuments commemorating the role Oak Ridge played in the Manhattan Project. It should definitely be added to your list if you're exploring the history of Oak Ridge, as it's not only informative but also functions as a regular old park where you can get some fresh air between museum visits. This park is also a beautiful and calm place to walk around, despite being in the center of town and surrounded by busy roads. Definitely worth the visit for anybody interested in the Manhattan Project, interested in general American history, or just interested in walking around a park."
