"I would like to say thank you to the lenior city Att staff . The manager Brandon Hendrix and Kelsey was very helpful to me getting a new phone . My daughter had took it outside and I didn’t know it till after it started pouring the rain and bye the time I got it , it was ruined . Went in the following day and got a new one with no problem. They were kind and very understanding. Thank you for your help and yes I learned my lesson with my daughter getting my phone . Thanks Brandon and Kelsey ."

"If I could i would’ve given Lenoir city location a 0 star. We went in with 5 phones to upgrade and they were RUDE! The guy said he was new and was verifying everything with her and she was a total attitude. We ended up leaving because of their attitudes. I will NEVER step foot into that one again! I would rather go out of my way. I swear they need to learn customer service and have respect for people!"

"This is unquestionably the WORST AT&T in the nation. We opened a business account November 2023 and were given a price we'd receive for a phone trade-in, and you guessed it, the value didn't match the amount that was guaranteed. The store manager, Brandon, has been going in circles texting us back and forth for MONTHS saying we'll receive the $480 owed, and here we are, now six months later, and still no resolution. We have texts and emails with the store manager confirming the credit is owed and will be applied to the account, while he fails to assist with reaching a resolution for MONTHS. The account that follows up to these reviews of the store does absolutely nothing. No responses for months but replies as if they're going to handle your situation. There is a Verizon literally down the road. Avoid ATT & this one in particular for the absolutely abysmal management and customer service."
