"Dishonest company and reps. As a 5+yr customer I am appalled at this company's shady business practices. Went to this location 7/29/24 to upgrade to a new eligible phone, I also added a $300 tablet which was supposed to be free with the new plan and my new phone which was listed at $999 but would only cost me about $200 with the upgrade/trade in per the sales rep. I repeatedly asked and confirmed with sales rep James the prices because I am on a tight budget. Also I repeatedly asked if I could be on the plan for 55 yr Olds at $50/month. He said "Yeah, yeah yeah." This was his response Often when I was trying to verify billing/prices. I was there for about 2 hours and asked about the price at least a dozen times. And was told the bill would only be about $20 more than the Magenta plan I was paying $70/month for previously. This was all lies. My bill is $170/month for 1 Samsung Galaxy+ and 1 tablet. I would never have agreed to this!! Like I said, I asked James repeatedly about the price/bill. After calling customer service and getting zero results, I have to post this review. I am waiting for manager Cynthia to return my call, which was a request we made yesterday evening and she had already left for the day. We will see if they can help, but I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Prices/billing should be up front and spelled out in writing before a customer ever leaves because this is very shady. And reps shouldn't lie about the costs of devices and such."

"They will let anyone into the account without being Aurthorized! I don't want everyone on my phone plan to be able to make changes to my account because they don't pay the bill. Imagine my surprise when my bill went up $80 because they allowed my daughters boyfriend to come in and add things to my account. His name was nowhere on the account and they gave him free reign. By the time my bill showed me the new devices the store reps said it was past 14 days they couldnt return the items.I already drive an extra 30mins to visit other Tmobile stores due to how rude they have been in the past but now I have to worry about them allowing anyone to add things to my bill. I don't recommend this store to anyone."
