"My husband liked Jeff Jaccard and his partner, but he asked for a $250 consultation fee from us for stopping by for an hour to look at the project, which we paid immediately to show we were serious about hiring him. He then stopped responding about doing the work and we never heard from him again! We would have at the least appreciated a “no i don’t want to do this project” or “i can’t at this time”, but we texted and called multiple times to follow up and never heard from him again. I’m sure he does good work, but we’re unhappy about spending that kind of money to not even be responded to."

They installed wood floors sanded & stained them, built new window openings and installed windows, removed the textured ceiling throughout the entire home, painted the entire house, fixed exterior brick stairs, built a brick mailbox, installed shutters, new electric, new light fixtures inside and out, did all the plumbing, designed and built a new kitchen, installed all cabinets in kitchen, baths and laundry room, converted electric to gas cooktop, installed all appliances, built wood shelving in all closets. You get the idea.....everything! They are very organized with the planning and execution of the job. They were honest and upfront about the timeline when the job would be completed (no surprise they beat their timeline!) Jeff ALWAYS answers his phone and text. Jaccard's employees are respectful and hard working reflecting Jeff's and Joey's work ethic. The businesses they deal with and recommend are all pleasant again reflecting their work ethic. I know the drama and sleepless nights we avoided by hiring Jeff and Joey. And when they are done and fully paid if something comes up, no worries they come back with the same no problem we can do it attitude. Right there tells you a lot about them! They are good honest hard working people. Jeff and Joey made our house a home and if you are lucky enough to get on their schedule you will be very happy too!"

They remodeled a bathroom in our previous home, taking it from ugly 1960s to a beautiful modern loom with lots of storage and a custom cabinet to accommodate an additional sink. They were instrumental in gutting and updating our current home and also doing some land contouring and French drain work to correct a drainage issue from a neighboring home. This company can do it all and they do good work at a fair price."
