"I have had 2 beeves and 1 ewe processed at Morgan's. All 3 were excellent. Ms. Linda is very helpful. She helps me go through my cut list, explaining my options. The butcher always gives me the cuts I requested. Everyone who works there is super friendly. I would definitely recommend Morgan's. Our beef was not corn finished and the meat is very tender and flavorful. I thawed a sirloin, salted it, and grilled it. It was excellent. The brisket was very good as well. I had the ewe processed into half ground and half sausage because she was pretty old. The meat was incredible. We were really impressed with how it turned out. I can trust them to do an excellent job, which is really important when we have so much time and money in our animals. I will definitely use Morgan's in the future."

"We had this business process a cow for different members of our family. The first time we cooked our meat, we could tell that there was an unpleasant odor coming from the meat. We inquired from a friend who was knowledgeable about processing and he said that the meat might have been hung too long during the processing. Our family members who took home meat as well had the same experience with the odor and were also concerned. Recently, when they decided to cook some steaks, there was mold on them. We decided that it would not be wise to cook any more of the meat. When the business was informed about the odor, they said it was our freezer. They were unaware that the meat was taken to another home as well and it was the same situation, so it doesn't make sense that both family members have bad freezers! After looking at the reviews online, it would seem that this business does not operate in such a manner that customers feel heard. Customers are being blamed for what the issues with their meat are. Mistakes happen and most people will often continue to do business with someone if they show some type of accountability and perhaps offer some type of reimbursement. Our only option now is to throw all of our meat away, not to mention the monetary loss. Please use extreme caution when considering Morgan's Meats."
