"The initials on the shirt that they made my mom don't look right at all. One of the "B"s looks like an "R" and it did not Look that way on the computers when it was picked out. They won't do anything about it. All they would do is give 20% off the next shirt. THERE WONT BE A NEXT SHIRT!!! They were also rude to my wife when she took a shirt back that had been washed once and the pocket bled onto the shirt. There are plenty of sites on the internet that can do just as good a job without paying a tourist price. We live in blue Ridge and I will not tell anyone to go here ever again."
