"We bought carpet and paid for installation from Country Carpet. We weren't told who would install it. Only one one the men doing installation spoke English. We paid extra for them to move our furniture. They dropped our couch on our wood floor and made a big scratch in it. They also pushed my chest of drawers into two different door frames and scratched the door frames up, so much so that there was white paint on the chest in several places. They didn't hang my closet door back properly. It wouldn't close. I called multiple times to see when someone could come look at things and get it fixed. The owner/man from Country Carpet showed up at my house without calling one morning. Looked at the floor and said he could probably fill in the scratch. A few days later after I called and messaged them 3 more times he showed up at my house a second time without calling first. Which is very unprofessional. He did try to fill in the scratch but was unable to. The scratch was too deep and long. I called two more times and they said he would arrive late morning. At 2:30pm he still hadn't showed up. I called again and he showed up at 2:50pm. So after 10 days, many phone calls and awkward interactions they finally came back and fixed the scratches. I do not recommend this business."

"Buyer Beware!! The work was shotty and cheap. I caught one of the crew members using hot glue to set my thresholds. They used a chop saw in my living room and got glue all over that I ended up cleaning myself as well as ruined my base boards that I needed to sand and paint myself. And after multiple complaints to to the owner nothing got resolved. I got great customer service to my face However when they thought they hung up the phone with me they exchanged alot of unprofessional conversations about me and previous customers. The fix for anything I told them that needed to be replaced was just put wood filler on it or patch with Caulking and hope I didn't notice them cutting corners and it was a struggle to get them to fix anything correctly which I ended up fixing alot of their work myself. I could keep going but needless to say I would not recommend them for for any flooring job"
