"This is by far the absolute worst school photo company we have ever experienced. They photoshopped bow ties on senior portraits which were crooked and sideways. Their customer service is horrendous. Their prices are ridiculous. Every school that we have had to use them in has resulted in horrible pictures and requests for retakes - which are no better. They want kids to miss school to come to their studio for retakes of senior photos after making it impossible to get them done at the school. Then they want to charge exorbitant prices for the actual photos and other items. There are far better options for schools to use in the area. I’d give zero stars if it was an option. Adding to my review a year later - how is it that the company charges a $10 shipping fee on all orders, but they do not ship the photos? They deliver to school, and then photos arrive bent and unusable after being handled by multiple adults and then stuck in a backpack. If you are going to charge a shipping fee, actually ship them. If not, stop robbing clients by adding on a shipping fee with no intention of shipping. This is the most absurd company I have ever dealt with and I wish Knox County Schools would use the other options in the area that are far more reliable, customer-oriented and family friendly."

"If I could choose to give this company 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat. This is my son's first year of school (special needs preschool). At first, everything seemed fine with taking the photos. It wasn't until we got the photos back that has absolutely pissed me off. We were given 2 options to choose from, and we chose the photo were our son is smiling as we thought he looked the best in. Not only did they not use that photo, but they never even used the other option they gave us. They used a photo where he isn't smiling, isn't looking at the camera, and is not the best quality. On top of that, we also bought a school group picture where all the kids' first and last names are on it. They somehow (you have to be a certain kind of stupid to do this) completely put his name wrong. They took his first name, and separated it to 2 different names. When we sent in the pamphlet, I made sure to put his first and last name since my son's name is a little different. But it seems they didn't bother to look at his last name, just his first and assumed. And we paid them $60 for them not to get even 1 thing right with the photos. After we figured all this out, I called to tell them the mistake. I was told that I would have to ship them back so they could fix it. Only to be told i would have to pay for the shipping and handling. This company is a complete joke. TLDR: This company is a joke and no one should buy from here. They ruined everything for my sons first school photos."

"If I didn’t have to give a star, I wouldn’t. I paid for our photos May 5. Here it is August 8th and we still haven’t received. They told me they would have the photos to the school in 2 weeks. We went on summer break the next week. So, I thought the school would hold them or mail them to us. The school is stating they never received them and they still have spring photos from students. I reached out to the studio itself and none of the 3 numbers that are available work and they won’t respond to emails. Literally the worst experience trying to get my child’s photos."

"Terrible photos and quality. We ordered 9 refrigerator magnets and got one giant magnet with a CHEAP single print sectioned nine times and when you cut it (tried diff types of scissors) the prints rip off the magnet. I’ve never had such awful quality pictures from a school."

"This company is the worst with school pictures. Every year it's something and it prevents me from being able to make an informed decision on whether my kids need retakes or not. Last year my mailed delivery after ordering online took so long pictures retake day happened before I got the pictures and I didn't know how bad my daughter needed that retake until it was too late. This year I used cash to order to attempt to avoid that mistake, but instead of pictures I get a little note in the folder that says we are sorry but your package was missing the following items from our processing lab we will send a missing contents to the school as soon as they come in and this is the second time in a row I have tried to get pictures from these people and they have not given the pictures before picture retake day which is only a few days away I am fed up with this company I will never use them again"
