"The owner, Jim Peyton, came within the time frame he gave us. He repaired our freezer (drain blocked & drain pan frozen), explaining precisely what was wrong & how he would fix it. In less than an hour it was working properly. Very reasonable cost for the repair!!! He cleaned up everything before leaving. I would call him again & recommend him to all my friends!!!"

"Jim was very quick to assess the problem and quick fix patch it (keep reading). Both times he's been here he has spent 15 minutes lecturing me and ensuring I understood he's been in business for 37 years. His repairs have consisted of duct tape and 2 zip ties. Neither of which repaired the issue long term. He is very disrespectful and degrading of women (as well as men when they are not present). He blamed the issues on improper install (which he did not correct) and the design of the fridge. He lies and belittles people and does a subpar repair. He also has no standard of protection for the Covid-19. It was not even offered. Even in the event of leaving his clipboard behind he could not admit to it being a mistake. He simply said: "I don't really need it anyways. I know where I'm going". Mind you, this is his clipboard full of customer information. After 37 years... it might be time to retire sir."
