Reviews
"Nice are to walk with plenty of parking. Also, nice for bikes but hilly so be prepared if you ride a bike."
"Very peaceful for a walk or bicycling"
"The water in this abandoned quarry has the typical pristine aqua appearance due to minerals in the rocks and it is quite peaceful. There are access trails on both the east and west side and water access on the far west end of the quarry. The negatives are a few muddy places and trash everywhere, as is common at all beautiful places in East Tennessee. Thanks inbreeders."
"Gorgeous! Went in the fall while it was still semi warm out. Saw fishes and enjoyed the hike and views."
"It's about a 30 minute walk to the quarry, part of which is pretty rocky but doable for even an amateur hiker. The quarry itself is wonderful and crystal clear. Lots of smaller fish. Great for swimming and cliff diving."
