"They came highly recommended, but we felt like an absolute last priority for them. It felt like she was working for herself and not us. Our realtor made jokes about needing to sell our house in order to pay her landscaping bill. She was combative and rude, and constantly withheld information from us. She actually broke the law in the end and never gave us the sellers disclosure until after we closed on the house. Then Lars seemed to blame that fact on us and didn't care.
