"My mom has been a resident for one year. The care, concern and professionalism of the staff has gone down tremendously. Residents are in their last days of their life and they are spoken to and treated inhumanely by the CNA’s. No action taken they are just reassigned. It is a few that cause the problems and they need to be fired. There are some great CNA’s and Nursing staff who love on my mom and extend her grace. My mom loves the activities offered, the food is good, she gets her meds on time. There has to be visits each day though to make sure everything is going well. It is the times in which we live. We need more love for our elderly."

"My mother was admitted to this facility in Stevensville Michigan last week and it is horrible! They mistreat/neglect her and do not clean her regularly. She is bedridden and they do nothing to help with her pain. They give her minimal physical therapy as well. I think they are just doing the minimal and draining her of her Medicare insurance. If things do not change there immediately I will be calling a lawyer!"

"WARNING!! BEWARE!! The staff is the worst! My dad, who was paralyzed on his leftside, fell out of his bed and a pillow was thrown at him and he was left there for the night, resulting in him catching a really bad case of bronchitis. He was afraid to talk to us, stating that they would treat him bad after we left. He called 911 after starting to have seizures, after they stated he was not having seizures. The ambulance services rushed him to the hospital once determining the seizures were severe. They left dad soiled for days and did not feed him. He was not taken to his doctor's appointments which resulted in his death. Please do not take your loved ones here, especially if they remotely paralyzed."
