"Undervalued my property by about $50k, and that's on the conservative side. My lender chose this poor appraiser so I was stuck with him. But even after a personal phone call with Ken to try and sort things out and a rebutle I'm forced to get another appraisal because he wouldn't adjust the price... This old guy has absolutely zero clue of the current market conditions. Avoid using this appraiser at all cost, unless you are seeking a very undervalued appraisal... He was also not pleasant to speak with during my first interaction when he showed up for the appraisal. Just a complete horrible experience!"
