"Dropped off UPS Ground Saver/Surepost packages and they transferred them to USPS rather than UPS resulting in shipping delays, no tracking updates, putting packages in danger of being lost, and possibly being liable for additional shipping fees. Disappointed by this careless error. I haven't had this issue with any other UPS dropoff location in NWI and will go back to driving much further to the one inside Ace."
