"I have been shooting Boss for years. There is a very clear difference in the duck blind when shooting their stuff. My go-to for ducks is warchief in the 3/5 mix, and I like 2’s for geese. If you haven’t shot copper-plated bismuth before, you treat it like lead. You can even use factory full chokes. The best part, NO MORE CRIPPLES. If you are turkey hunting, their Tungsten loads are the best on the market & 20-30 bucks less than the competition TSS shells. Order online, and they show up on your front step. Great customer service too!"
"Started using Boss for waterfowl last year. Great knock down power. Once I figured out how they pattern with different chokes, my shots became far more consistent than they were with other brands, especially at longer range. Have since hunted upland and turkey with Boss and had similar results. In addition, their staff have been responsive and super helpful with any questions I’ve had. "My 3 1/2” versa max broke the last weekend of late goose season shooting Hevisteel. I borrowed a friends 3” Browning and his Boss War Chief #2’s. I could not be more impressed with the knock down power of the war chiefs. Only got into 7 birds the last three days but I am converted. It is nice having a locally made quality product!"
