"A salesman came to my house to give me a quote on the work that needed done. He was very professional and courteous. After one week of waiting for my quote I decided to call the company to get a response. I requested to speak to the original salesman but he handed me off to the owner. I waited over a week with no return call from the owner. I made several more attempts to contact the owner but continued to be ignored. I called and spoke to the office manager and communicated my frustration. I told her the company was going to get a negative review about not responding to any of my calls. I expressed that I had only left one other negative review in my lifetime. Her response was, “You’d better not tell the owner that or he’ll hang up on you!” Needless to say, I won’t have to worry about being hung up on because the owner doesn’t return calls, and apparently is the only person that can give a quote on a job. After over 2 weeks of wasted time, I hired Seamless Gutters who responded and completed the work quickly. They did a fantastic job. If I could give Arnett Construction a ZERO rating, I would."

"Where to start… Arnett Construction and roofing is hands down the worst company to ever have touch your roof,siding, gutters or any part of your home. From the beginning they come off as a great company. However looking back they have a ton of fake reviews that were bought or paid for by random people. Their own sales guy said he would hit our roof with a hammer to get it approved because our claim was initially denied. Have a testimony of a coworkers house being hit with a hammer to try and get their house approved for a new roof as well. My wife and I told them we wanted a brown or tan roof and the pattern they told us was tan wasn’t at all. We ordered vertical siding to replace ours and they show up with horizontal vinyl when we had aluminum vertical before. They did not clean up after their siding job which we have proof on our ring camera and my wife’s car got a flat tire. After we paid them in full from an invoice they sent out they come back a week later saying we owed more money. They made a mistake and my wife and I have all kinds of issues with the work and they cut off communication with us. We now have a lien on our house. Liars! Scammers! I would never recommend this crooked company to anyone. Their work is very bad and they are very rude and unprofessional! Watch out people because they make mistakes and then put liens or sue people when the customer doesn’t want to pay for work that is incorrect or wrong ordered materials. We even told the owner Derrick Arnett that we were willing to pay the extra money they say we owed (their mistake) if they would fix the poor work they performed. Not a single phone call or method of contact was done to get back to us. They filed a lien on our home and are lying about multiple issues trying to look like the good guy"
