"I was sent an offer to open a new account and receive $300 after 90 days They were nice to have a greeter receive me at the lobby, but then she informed me to wait while she found someone to assist me After noticing the security guard and an employee talking she asked the employee to assist me When he introduced himself he told me to wait at his desk then I noticed him use the ATM and then speak to a teller that's when I left My business isn't as important as their own I guess I can be treated as insignificant at home but not when I'm conducting business"
"They have way too many feminine soft passive men working there."
"I needed some very specific documents. I didn't wait in line before speaking to someone. They greeted at the door, asked what you needed and directed you where to go. I was out in less than 10 mins."
"Stopped here while traveling to put cash in the ATM. Machine "can't accept cash deposits at this time". I truly cannot comprehend how chase is the biggest bank in the country but 2 out of 3 times I visit one, the atm is down. Such a joke."
"I have been a Chase customer for the past 7 years. I had my tax refund sent to my current bank account. I then realized Chase deactivated my account without any warning or notifications. So I called customer service I told the woman what was happening And she said my account was deactivated due to negative funds. OK why wasn't I notified or warned? Anyway she says that my tax refund will pay off the negative balance and I would receive a check from Chase with the remainder of my refund. That didn't make any sense to me but I said OK. And waited until my refund processed. Today I saw my refund was complete so I called customer service and explained what the last woman has told me. She rudely interrupted and started laughing at me saying Chase doesn't do that the Irs has your refund. OK... But why is another Representative telling me a different thing than everybody else. This is not the 1st time Chase customer service has been inconsistent With their solutions to issues. .."
