"They are responsive but have made mistakes that caused me great inconvenience. Last year they locked me out of my unit by accident, went to the wrong row. This year they did not record my payment and sent me a registered letter threatening to take my items and fine me. I always pay for 3 months at a time before the due date. They had cashed my check but obviously did not record the payment. I live out of town and do not need to deal with unforeseen problems when I get there. I pay early and in advance. I would expect better management. If you are going to lock people out and threaten them, please make sure you are correct. I don't like to spend my time chasing their mistakes. I would have like to have rated them better, but this is the second time they incorrectly locked me out."

"I had no problems whatsoever. The owner was very nice. He's not out to vulture your stuff or pretend he's on a TV show. The business is accommodating and has several sizes of storage space to choose from."
