"Great area to see an event at, BUT I will say the seats were CRAMMED together. Everyone around me was sitting with their arms crossed to be able to not touch the person next to them. Also, for a bigger event, either need one person running register and one making drinks for each station or just have more stations of drinks for events. I waited in line 20-30 mins and there were 4 or 5 stations available for the event we went to. Also, EACH station needs to have water available not just one line. Otherwise, we enjoyed the show we came to see."

"If you are thinking about having a wedding here... DON"T. Run far far away and go to whatever other places you were considering. Everything seemed perfectly fine when we initially put a down-payment and then once they have your money you don't mean anything to them. We had to hunt them down 3 months before the wedding for a food tasting, they made it difficult to take any payment for the event, and lied about all the service fee's. All that aside the real problem started when we made a change to our guest count 3 days before by 3 dinner plates. We offered to pay them and they replied "no you're good". They told us the room would be ready the night before for us to decorate and set up and when we got there it was being used by another event. So the day of our wedding (reception starting at 5pm and ceremony starting at 3pm) the room was not available until 12pm the DAY OF OUR WEDDING. This specific department in the 1 year that we have dealt with them has had over 100% turnover so you will only be dealing with new people and constantly being turned over during the course of planning the most important day of your life. They also came back 2 months later after an "audit" and said we owed them $500 more dollars after they had stated we were good and offered to pay. We have received threatening phone calls and emails about collecting payment and they even went through our stay there and threatened to charge the credit card on file we had for a hotel stay during the wedding. Honestly there are several other beautiful venues in the area that will make this experience so much better for you. But if you want to be gaslit every time you bring up an issue by being told "but wasn't your day so beautiful" and "you don't want to remember it like this" instead of addressing the issue, then maybe this is the perfect place for you!"

"Didn't experience the event . However stayed the night. Bed was great. However off season nothing to eat and weekdays spa isn't available and the pool was closed for repairs BUMMER! Manager gave us a free night. Still waiting for incidental fee reimbursement."

"I went to a concert there on 3/11/23. We saw Here come The Mummies. They put on a great show. The event center was very organized. The sound was excellent and the seats were great. I give this venue a 10."

"Amazing stay in the new blue spa tower, we did spa treatments with private sauna and hot tub. They had a mma fight in the vent center, everything went off perfect. Fantastic stay from the beginning with very friendly people welcoming us. The room was spotless and our view was amazing! The shower is big enough for 3 people........ The food from Vegas baby was very good and not overly expensive. We did not gamble at all in the casino but it was very busy and a lot of staff was constantly moving around securing and cleaning things. We had a great stay and plan to be back sooner rather then later!"
