"DO NOT LET TRC COME SPRAY INSULATION IN YOUR ATTIC THROUGH THE NIPSCO PROGRAM! THEY MADE A HUGE MESS IN MY GARAGE, THEN ALMOST A YEAR LATER, THEY COVERED THE SOFIT VENTS IN THE ATTIC AND NOW THE ATTIC IS FULL OF MOLD! THEY WILL NOT OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES AND DO NOT CARE TO MAKE IT RIGHT! SEE YOU IN COURT!!!"

"I was looking for the NIPSCO (nips inc?) entrance but instead found a portal to a holodeck. Would've given it 5 stars, but the holodeck didn't work. 2 stars for the existence of holodecks. The holodeck entrance was nice though."
"Absolute worst utility company that I've ever worked with. Representatives are nice but ultimately the company holds them back by not allowing anyone to actually do anything to service their customers. I can't even get an online account setup without issues or days of back and fourth."
