"Between 8 to 8:30am most mornings there is a conservation officer driving to a DNR garage in Michigan City from the west on Highway 12/20. He regularly stays in the left lane, doesn't signal well, blocks traffic, and is overall an inconsiderate driver. If you try to get around him hard enough, he will write you a ticket for not wanting to follow him at a low speed."
