"I feel sorry for people who live here. The park owner doesn't care about their tenants. They sell homes with faulty and bad utilities and dangerous life threatening power breaker boxes. Thry tell you everything was inspected when it clearly wasn't. Not to mention bad furnaces. The when it breaks they take forever to get it fixed especially when they still own the home. They tell you that if you rent to own a home, that the park is charge of fixing the place but then you come to find out that I even a lie. They throw it all on you and tell you to do things last minute then try to fine you over it. Be Wlarned. BRANI CRAIG is a liar who won't sell you a home if you are already living here. She sold me one house then had me look at 3 more just to tell me IM NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO AFFORD IT. THAT I need COLLATERAL even tho I'm paying cash and buy the house straight out without financing."

"I first bought a home under a rent to own agreement, Amy will tell you that it's under their insurance and they have to do the maintenance on the home. Except when it comes time to keep their word, Amy gets disrespectful and Besty is just as bad as Amy. The home has bad wiring hasn't been serviced and is covered in bugs when I first got it. They sold the house with bad wiring that could of killed me in my sleep. Amy sells houses without bad utilities and flat out harasses me and lets others do what she says we aren't supposed to like no grills, no air conditors, and no satellites for your home when countless people are doing it. They sell homes without titles as they tried to do the same to me. The park will fine you because the neighbors didn't cut their grass and Amy blames it on you when you have already and continue to keep your yard in better shape than others. I know someone who apply to live with here, Besty lied and told them it would take only 24-48 hours to approve and they had nothing to worry about and yet it's been over a week and when they called and asked about it Besty got rude and disrespectful about it. They don't care about the residents only the money yiu give them, is what they truly care about. I have been trying to pay off the house early and because of their stupidity and disrespect they will not shut their mouth long enough to help out and be respectful. They will shut off the water and electric without telling anyone in the park, then when yiu call and ask what's up... Besty gets an attitude and tells you that if yiu read the TEXT that she never sent to myself or others from what they told me... she gets rude and has a shirt temper like she's on her cycle again. This place needs better management and secretaries that actually are respectful, who don't lie to get money and drag people in with lies on applications or lie about approvals, and management that actually cares and shows up let alone picks up the phone instead of day dreaming out the window and yelling at residents for asking Amy or Besty a simple question. They hate when someone is disrespectful to them.. perhaps they should be replaced since they can not do the same."

"Lived here about 3 years now and only reason we stay is because it's cheaper than anywhere else. Downsides of living here is they always want to try and find a way to get money out of people by trying to fine them for almost everything like not raking your yard, mowing or having kids toys in your yard, seems to me they like to pick and choose who gets to do/ have what in their yard. Also when you complain about a neighbor for example playing loud music late at night nothing gets done about it."

"I hated living here. they try to fine you for everything. They also make it difficult to drop your child off for the bus. We cant park up at the bus stop or office. Plus the benches have no coverage. So children have to stand in the rain and sleet waiting. A friend was kicked out after not paying rent due to the fact that they had a busted sewage pipe. They never tried to fix it. They were given an hour to leave and could come back for their stuff. The neighbors then caught the maintenance people on camera trying to steal some of there things! I strongly advise against this place unless you have no other option."

"A few of my friends were wrongfully kicked out while management didn’t do anything but steal money from low income people not including the rent assistance they were caught stealing this too so beware if you stay there or if you live there. But I’m sure they have new management now cause people are suing because of this and wrongfully termination."
