"This place is broke down. The machines don’t take dollars or quarters. This has happened years ago, and the phone girl gave me a bunk number for the auto wash, so I had to eat the self serve money I spent and still look like an idiot putting my car in reverse from the auto wash. Just happened again, their phone message is full, so just go somewhere else. It’s a continuous problem on the Michigan blvd location."

"If zero stars was an option, I'd give this car was 0. Charged my husband $5 twice through his card, and still wouldn't let us use the self serve car wash. He also inserted a 5 dollar bill after that, and still nothing. So $15 for absolutely nothin-not even a rinse. Tried calling and nothing. Also smelled like sewage and very dirty."

"This place has been my go-to carwash for several years now. I only use the self-service bays and have been very satisfied. Warm water, good line pressure, and has always had ample cleaning agents in the line for each of the different washing stages you select. I'm leery of automatic washes with brushes doing damage to the paint job, so I've never used that wash here. I can't speak to the quality of their automatic wash bay. However, when I pulled into one bay today and made my first swipe of the card, the system pressurized and the main wash gun hose had deformed and sprung a big leak right at the connection point of the gun handle, spraying all over me and making it impossible to wash my car without giving myself a bath. These things happen, and I don't doubt that whoever owns the place will find out at some point and fix it. However, there is no way to reach the owner/operator for a refund. There is no website, no contact information I could find posted outside, and my calls go unanswered with the unidentified voicemail box full. This is a shame. It's always been a clean, well maintained wash that has worked great for me, but I think it's unacceptable business practice to not give paying customers a reliable way to provide feedback or make legitimate claims for refunds. The $4 lost isn't a big deal. It's the principle of operating a business where there doesn't appear to be any way to obtain customer service."
