"Drove a family member to Jars and the wait was kind of long. Customer service is excellent. They literally checked on us no less than 15x while we waited in the parking lot. The place was busy and crowded. The prices are a little expensive because it’s right across the border from Indiana. They probably need more help to move the lines faster but overall the customer service is unmatched and the product apparently is top shelf because our family member only goes here. Considering there are dozens of competitors in the vicinity of Jars, the fact that this is the preferred store means it has good products. 9/10 recommend."

"This is the second time I purchased carts from this location. Both times I have gotten defected carts. This time I had two carts that were half empty and leaking. Last time I let it slide, but this time I called to see what can be done about it. Thankfully the person I spoke with was able to give me store credit. It will be a while before I return back, so hopefully that store credit is real. I highly recommend you check the products before taking them home with you! Those were the only carts that I noticed right away, I haven't checked any of the other ones yet, but hopefully they work properly and aren't leaking as well."
