"Paid for the membership and can’t get access to the gym. No employees onsite and no one answers the phone. Trying to get a refund but it’s independently owned , so having a hard time with customer service so I can get my money back."
"Glad I switched my gym membership over to Snap. I held off for a while because I wasn’t sure what equipment they had for deadlift, squat, and bench. Stopped in a few weeks ago to sign up for membership and got it set up in less than 5minutes. Staff was very helpful. They do have a deadlifting area, Smith machine, and 2 squat racks that can double as bench press areas. Plenty of machines and cardio equipment, 2 sets of free weights, separate room for free weights and stretching, shower and changing rooms. Great value for the $."
"Very nice place to work out came in from Minnesota wanted to get a pump expected to be in a s***** little Snap Fitness turned out to be very nice with good equipment I was very impressed use my buddies pass to go for the day it was thoroughly satisfied"
"I appreciate their presence in Ironwood. It's a well-managed club. My only minor complaint is that it's a little warm in there. For any really hard workout, it's a sweatfest."
"They moved locations and I’m a traveler.. I have to have showers.. I did sneak in for a shower while in the process of them moving.. but I needed a shower.. I got chewed out and said I was rude. Maybe I was. But I needed a shower.. Don’t worry I threw my key card in the trash on the way out. I won’t be back. Sorry but not sorry.. plus I did pay for a month and being closed for a week of that well I feel I should’ve at least be able to shower.."
