"Dr Meade performed a surgical procedure on me this morning for an ingrown toenail. Virtually painless and his staff was professional, courteous and pleasant. Highly recommend!"
"Dr Meade and his staff have been extremely professional and caring in getting me through a series of foot problems this year. I am most grateful and highly recommend him."
"The Doctor James C. Meade and the staff have been wonderful and very accommodating for all the time I have been a patient here. Had surgery on left foot a few years ago. Now I am a diabetic have to have him take care of nails also which includes calluses. I am going to get some money for my orthotics"
"Dr. Meade did a joint implant on my big toe a few years ago. I've been to several foot doctors since and they all said that Dr. Meade put too large of an implant in. My big toe does not even touch the floor when I walk. I can't even wiggle it. My foot is looking deformed as the other toes are doing all the work and they are now all turning outward. I am in a lot of pain. Dr. Meade, I saw you at your office on Johnson Rd. You probably have me as "Patricia Hunt" in your records and not Patty. You did bunion surgery on my right foot first and that turned out fine but for the left foot you said that it was worse and encouraged a joint implant. When I came to see you later after the surgery you told me to wiggle my big toe and it wouldn't move. I really don't remember what you said then but you kept trying to move it. I just found my records....you did my first bunion surgery at St. Mary's in Merrillville on March 11, 2008. You did the joint implant surgery in Laporte on 12-29-09."
"The waiting area was overcrowded and had no social distancing. Although the sign on the door said “Masks Required”, half of the people had no masks and were not asked to wear them even though a doctor came in and out of the area at least four times. The area itself was unkempt; broken blinds, cracked door entrances, and generally unclean. The operation seems like a money making machine. I was taken to the examine room forty-five minutes late and seemed liked the doctor was only interested in selling me a boot and orthotics. He didn’t seem interested in hearing about my total foot issues. I was only given foot coverings part of the time, otherwise I was expected to walk on bare floors. In all, i have to go back to pick up my $480 orthotics and after that, I am done with this practice. I would not recommend this operation."
