I have never had someone work so hard to help me when the company kept running us in circles to access MY OWN account! Even though it is a 30 minute drive out of my way I will only be going to him for any thing I might need regarding my service or even as simple as a cover for my phone. He is the kind of employee this company should make sure to keep as long as possible!"
