Riverside Immediate Care Bradley (Located Inside the Atrium)

"Came in to have a paper signed on a Monday at 830am. 920am rolls around and they still won't give me my paper back or let me know how much longer it will be, mind you I'm on break from work just to have a paper signed real quick. Front desk lady was unhelpful and condescending. I can see why they have under 4 stars."

"My husband has a messed up knee, we were here way before his time was, when his time came, we waited even more, then when they call is back she asked what happened, he tells her and she said something and walked out and never came back, I told my husband I had to use the washroom and I heard her say with an attitude, he should have said that in the beginning, which they never asked what he came in for mind you, I'm sorry that was rude and not right. I Like riverside but this lady was not a nice person. Would never come back here for anything."

"I called Bradley immediate care at 3:48 to make sure they would see my 2 year old since she was so young, they told me yes. I arrive At 4:18 and attempt to check in at 4:20 and she tells me she can’t check me in because her system won’t let her, their last patient is usually at 430 but they already have it blocked for the rest of the day. (Mind you they close at 5!) so i show Up 40 minutes before closing and you turn me away! Your website even says your last patient is checked in 15 minutes before closing, not 40! Then you can’t override the schedule? I’ve worked for riverside before i know you can override the schedule. How are you gonna turn away a sick patient 40 minutes before closing!!!!? Because you wanna clean up and get out early. As usual Poor customer service and patient satisfaction!"

"My husband took our 2.5 year old in because he kept getting sick over and over again. He got every single question answered by the doctor there. Our son is usually terrified of the doctor but was fairly comfortable with the doctor he had there. She was very nice and gave him stickers. They really put our mind at ease, found out what was wrong, and gave him the medicine he needed. He’s already doing so much better! Thanks!"

"I have been here twice. Both times I received outstanding care. Holly, NP, is absolutely wonderful! Caring, friendly, she took great care of me. Steve checked me in and took my vitals. He is amazing! Riverside is fortunate to have these two providing care."
