"I had a very bad experience at this gas station yesterday, Sunday 8/18. I was on my way back to Chicago after visiting family in Michigan. I got off of 94 West because I had a craving for White Castle. I drove to this location for that purpose and when I realized that White Castle was attached, I thought I'd go ahead and fill up as well and use the restroom. This way I could do everything in one stop. As I was filling up, I went in to use the restroom. A young lady was cleaning the credit card machine and I asked for the restroom key since the door had a sign to do so. I told her that I was a paying customer and would like the key to the restroom. She asked me which pump. I told her that I didn't know as I didn't look. I was thinking to myself, I'm paying at the pump with my card so why would I bother looking at the pump number? She was not relenting or offering me the key, so I walked back out to the pump to get the number. I came back in and told her and she says "Oh well someone else is in there now". I was infuriated! I have never experienced this at a gas station before. I will never return to this location. Typically, I don't even buy Speedway gas as I don't feel it's of good quality and this experience of terrible service just made it worse. I didn't even bother getting the White Castle at this point. I never got to use the restroom. I just drove off and I was so upset that I turned around to get her name. Yes, C.C. needs some major training in customer service. A paying customer who filled up my tank was not allowed to use the restroom without providing the pump number. Are you kidding me? I do not recommend this gas station at all!"

"The restroom was pure filthy with poop all on the toilet and the staff was rude as I had to wait on her to get off her phone to ring up my purchases"

"I spent $25 filling up gas and I spent $6 on a car wash, when I went through the car wash I put in the code, and the car wash wasn’t working. I went out and tried to go in again and it still wouldn’t work so I lost $6"

"Cashier was friendly but, the two women in the cafe were very rude and not just to me but, two other fellows as well."

"I go here occasionally this is more of a truck stop than a regular gas station, it has a Subway food court along with many other food offerings such as hamburgers and a big convenience store in it"
