"We enjoyed our 90 minute guided tour. Chase let us speed up to 70 mph on designated safe trail. Owner Greg was very welcoming. Thank you guys for the best time I've spent in decades. Definitely go and experience a 90 minutes of freedom. Face cover is recommended because sometimes it may get very dusty."

"I happened on the Area 31website when looking for things to do in the Minocqua area. We had been looking at UTV rentals, but had some anxiety about following trails we had never been on. Area 31 was the answer. The guided tour with Greg and Chase was fantastic. The UTVs were top of the line. We drove through beautiful wooded areas, forded streams, visited a pristine private lake and got to experiment in an area that had bumps and steep hills (option 2). We had a fantastic time. This will become a yearly event for my family when we visit the north woods."
