Cynthia was very easy to work with and made my dress fit perfect for our special day! I could not be more pleased with the work she did on my dress. She also was great to work with when picking out suits for all of the men and was very flexible at getting everyone in for fittings. "Took my dress there the beginning of March to be altered and bustled for my wedding in August. I purposefully took it there MONTHS in advance so I would have it home and done by the beginning of summer. She had told me the hemming it would be done by end May at the latest because of prom. Bustle would have to be done after. Sure no problem, I understand. First week of June goes by and I have heard nothing, I called and she said she hadn't even started it yet, it would be done by end of June. She called me second week of July to come try it on so she could figure out the bustle. Went there and did all that and she called me a little less than two weeks later to say it was done. The loops and buttons for the bustle are way more visible and just out there for anyone to see than i realized they would be, i assumed it was semi hidden. When my mom mentioned it, she said that since my veil is long, it will hide it but I feel like it shouldn't need to. Finally got my dress home 2 months later than expected, making it 5 months after I dropped it off. Not super impressed."
