"We got to my son's appointment on time, checked in, and ended up sitting for 45 minutes because the lady at the front desk forgot to check my son in. Granted, it was super busy, but how do you not check in customers/patients when you have them verify their info right there? His appointment was super quick, and the lady that came out to get my son was super friendly. I do enjoy going to First Impressions for my son's dental needs/care though. Really nice staff, clean building."

"I really was impressed with the staff and how they handled my kids. My daughter used to be terrified of the dentist. She had a horrible experience at 4 and refused to go back. We waited for a year. Hoping she would be more mature, and less scared. They explained everything step by step and didn't lie to her (like the other place did). She felt safe and comfortable. The kid friendly atmosphere makes her look forward to going to the dentist."
