"Today we went to pick up food that we were missing in our order and the lady (jamie) and the crew working today were absolutely fantastic! This was the best experience we've ever had here! It should always run this way! So big shout out to Jamie and the crew working with her today!"

"Stopped here while traveling up north and had a horrible experience. They forgot a burrito so we went in to have the order corrected and the manager was clearly under the influence of something whether that was alcohol or drugs I’m unsure. All of our burritos were cold as well, cheese was unmelted, beans, beef and tortilla were all cold. Our crunchy tacos had stale shells. I felt bad for the employees because looked like they were stressed out from poor management and didn’t know how to handle their manager being under the influence."

"I will never visit another one again. Poor service from the second I started ordering at the drive, though, until the time I pulled away. The food was horrible as well."

"We ordered food using the KFC app. When we pulled up to the drive-thru and told them we placed an order on the app they told us they couldn't see the order and that we would have to come in. So we parked and I went in to pick up the order. Prior to doing that I used their restroom. Although there was a sign hanging on the wall that said they check their restrooms every 30 minutes for cleanliness, the restroom was very dirty. There was toilet paper pieces all over the floor, the sink fixtures were very dirty, the mirrors were dirty, and there were used latex gloves laying on one of the sinks right by the faucet. The food was okay."
