"Can I give zero stars? Joe Miller is the rudest, most horrifying "business" person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Spent over $65,000 on a brand new mobile home and two years later, still did not have a title to the home. After leaving phone messages and texting him, he called me SCREAMING at me and swearing at me, using the "F" word multiple times. This was not the first time he screamed at me. He threatened to remove the home from my property if I withheld a single penny from the final payment, because I wanted to ensure that all the "repairs" needed on the BRAND NEW home were made in a timely fashion, but he had payroll to meet, and apparently, didn't have enough money without my payment! Not my problem I paid him in full and it took over a year to get all the repairs made. Shocking, right?! Had I known how horrifying his attitude was when you call him out on his own incompetence and neglect, I would have never spent a penny with Freedom Homes. I purchased the home based on the reputation of Tom, the founder of Freedom Homes, not knowing that Joe would be taking over before my home was completed. If you bought a mobile home through Joe, make sure you have your title, as I was told that my initial phone call opened a "can of worms" and I was not the only person to not receive a title! Shannon is not much better. He promised me multiple times to come to my house with the paperwork and ghosted me and now I'm told he was fired (not sure I believe that, based on his text messages to me). Would never recommend this company!"

"Not happy with this company been waiting over a year to complete my house people dont show up when they are supposed to. When we call to get an update the manager shannon is very snippy been living in my camper for 7 months now waiting for them to finish. With this weather it is costing me 400-500 a month to heat. They whole reason for us going with them is they said they will take care of everything which is not happening we had to find our own excavator because theirs backed out"

"Our house was pre-owned and was supposed to be delivered by 7/21/21. We finally got it in Sep 21. Joe Miller was very unprofessional about final payment. He wanted us to give large personal check to driver before service was completed. We wouldn't do that and we thought he was going to get violent. The couple we bought house from was also affected by his lateness in pulling double wide. Will never recommend this company."
