"My daughter - Juliana M. Farmer was one of the victims of the Mass Shooting at Old National Bank, Louisville Ky, she lost her life. As I talked with Tomblinson about bringing my baby home, they listened and shared my pain. Returning home, as we made arrangements, the compression, and sympathy, they shared in an overwhelming situation was very important to me. Telling me she looked good, I hadn’t seen her. They ask us our needs and expectations. The day of the viewing my baby was lovely, Tomblinson met all my expectations. My J’s funeral was very special and Tomblinson created loving memories for me, as well as my family. Tomblinson. made her home going smooth. All the choices we had to make, my Lord, even when the stone was set, I didn’t have to say I was unhappy with it. Tamara called me, and said she wasn’t pleased, and had My J’s, stone replaced before her b-day. My family and, I were able to have prayer at her gravesite. I was offered free counseling. This was the hardest , saddest period of my life losing my daughter, but with Tomblinson Funeral Home the transition went smoothly. "Absolutely horrible experience. My brother passed in September 2022 ... Today 10/13 we finally have a headstone. Took more than an entire year... Even tho full payment was given at time of the order. Absolutely ridiculous that on the one year anniversary date of my brothers passing we are still looking at a pile of dirt and a name plate."
