"This branch usually always makes it harder to do any transactions, and the tellers are usually rude about it. I almost always go out of my way to go to one of the Terre Haute/Seelyville branch because the tellers are so much nicer and timely."

I am a server and have to deposit a lot of ones and fives frequently and she is so rude the entire time. She gives dirty glares the entire time, never once smiles or says anything nice. She doesn't respond when I ask how she is or say something like "have a nice day!" I dread coming to this bank because she acts so rude the entire time."
