While our staff cannot search public records or provide legal opinions, public access computers are available for your use. We also offer E-Recording services, which provide a faster, more convenient way to submit documents. E-Recording can save time and money by reducing postage costs and minimizing delays.

Honor Rewards Program:

We proudly offer the Honor Rewards program to thank and acknowledge our nation’s veterans for their sacrifices. Veterans in Posey County can sign up to receive an Honor Rewards Card, which provides discounts and benefits at local participating businesses.
