Simple Drop-Offs: Save time by dropping off your pre-labeled FedEx packages with us. Ensure your package is securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label. Please note, packages must weigh less than 55 pounds and be smaller than 48" x 25" x 25".

Returns Made Easy: If you have a pre-printed FedEx label for an online shopping return, simply drop off the pre-packaged and pre-labeled return at our location.

Package Holding Policy: We will hold your package for up to 7 days. After this period, it will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility. For any assistance, contact FedEx customer service.

International Packages: We accept most FedEx Express and FedEx Ground packages, including international shipments with a U.S. originated address. Ensure all packages are ready to ship with a completed printed label. Please note, paper airbills are not accepted.

Packaging Requirements: All packages should be boxed, sealed, and labeled before arriving. We do not provide shipping or packing materials. For these supplies, visit a nearby FedEx Office location or a participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter.
