"Place is horrible. No paper towel in men’s restroom. Women restroom dirty. No sugar or sweet a low for coffee or tea. Trash cans overflowing. Just all around horrible gas station."
"Looks like a nice place from the outside and it used to be. Stopped tonight and it was terribly dirty in the women’s bathroom. When we got in the car my husband said “That place was disgusting.” I told him yes, I was going to tell the person at the counter the bathroom needed cleaned but just got out of there and didn’t go to the counter. Might need a new manager."
"I stop here almost every time I come through this area, which is often, and I enjoyed the place until, unfortunately, this morning, one of the attendants was extremely rude from the time me and my son walked in the door. I'm not sure what his issue was, but I didn't appreciate his attitude. I'm a truck driver and was in the store around 3:30am on 2/15/24. I didn't catch the guys name, but he had glasses, was skinny, and had on a blue sock hat. My son and I walked in the store and there was what looked like eggs and sausage gravy in the warmer window for food. I saw a lady in the back with a tray of biscuits, so I smiled and asked the guy at the register what the menu was for breakfast. He gave me a dirty look and rudely said, "I have no idea as of yet." I didn't catch everything he said the first time as I wasn't expecting the attitude, so I asked him to repeat himself, and he, with more attitude, repeated himself and through in that breakfast doesn't start until 5am. So, I walked away with my son and we went and got a case of spring water out of the cooler (that we had been directed to hours earlier by the attendant that worked before him, but they had just got a truck in and the cases of water were buried under stacks of other stuff. So, we waited until this morning. When we walked back there, they were still under the same piles of stuff.), he couldn't scan the water and suggested Huck's purified water. I saw that it was not spring water and asked if he had spring water. He said, "no, but this is the same as that." I replied, "no. It isn't." He dropped the waters and stormed out of the cooler. Me and my son had picked out items for breakfast as well. I wasn't aware that he absolutely could not sell the case of spring water, so my son carried it back to the register. I was trying to check out and buy the stuff that we had picked out, but the guy, once again with his attitude, threw his arms forward with a condescending look and tone, and said I. can. not. sell. this. to. you.. I was taken by the disrespect and replied with, "if you talk to me like I'm stupid one more time, we're going to have a problem," to which he threw his hands up and said have a nice night and refused to ring us up, claiming I threatened him. There was no threat. Calling his manager would have been the only 'threat,' but he refused to give me the manager's number. So, me and my son were forced to leave without the items we had picked out because this guy had an attitude from the time we walked in, and I finally said something about it. Until now, I've never had a problem with this store or anyone in it, but unless this guy isn't there any longer, I won't be stopping at this location again. I encourage the manager to watch the cameras and see how we were treated. I will be calling this store later today in hopes of reaching a manager on duty and reporting the incident. All of this was uncalled for."
"Super busy location on Interstate 69 in Washington, Indiana, and is easy to find using Google Maps. The store is kept clean and well stocked despite the amount of business they have here. The staff are friendly. Try the Clucks Chicken if you are hungry. You will thank me later. Plenty of free parking in their large lot."
