"Poor Management! I moved into a nearby apartment complex 3 weeks ago (June 2024) and as of July 11th they still do not have cards available for new customers. I've tired of calling or going in to see if they have gotten the cards and won't bother going forward."
"1.Open on the 4th of July. 2. It was packed at 10:30 am on a holiday and the woman working inside was swamped, but maintained an awesome and friendly attitude. 3. She was also awesome at communicating with the customers. Letting them know who she was going to help first and then come back to them so that no one felt ignored. Best customer service I've witnessed/experienced in a long time. This lady deserves a raise!"
"Attendant was super unhelpful. Seemed more concerned with continuing her conversation than with helping someone who had never been there. Out of loadable cards for the machines so I had to either use cash, which I didn't have, or guess how much laundry I have and could use my debit card and pay that way. But that she couldn't refund anything if I used less. No thanks, I'll go somewhere else. ✌️"
"Brittany WITH BLUE HAIR was extremely rude and racist to an older Hispanic man last night 6/3/24. She was also being rude and mouthy to other people doing their laundry. Brittany spent most of her time complaining about her work, about how she hates her boss and that the pay isn't worth working there. I'm also fairly positive she is embezzling; she said the laundry cards weren't working and that we had to use HER card which resulted in laundry costing $2 extra this time. Despite how gross her behavior was, the washers and dryers were nice and worked fine. I'd rate a higher star if she hadn't been working and ruining everyone's night."
